New York native, Aidan Curtin, manages our replacement sales business. Aidan’s job focuses on ensuring our commitment to outstanding customer service is provided to each and every customer – regardless of project size or cost. Aidan is a graduate of Manhattan College with a BA degree.

Najpauer is responsible for the day-to-day purchasing, product pre-finishing,
warehouse and service for each of our showrooms. Frank has a BS from Sacred

Lou has 23 years of sales and sales management experience in the Building & Construction Industry through distribution and manufacturing and is the Regional Trade Sales Manager in the Metro NY and Long Island territories. He is responsible for leading a sales force that focuses on residential builders, developers, and home remodelers. Lou holds a BA in Business Management.

With nearly 30 years of home remodeling and design experience, David Cooperman manages our Long Island NY retail sales team. A graduate of Long Island University, Davids professional sales career included Slomins, ADT Security and ownership of the Scott Carpet and Design Company. He is a strong believer in going above and beyond customer expectations in order to assure your Pella experience is a memorable one!
Trade Sales Manager
joined Pella in 2015 and manages all of our trade sales activity.
Desmond Rea is the branch owner of Pella New York and Connecticut. Des has been a part of the Pella family for
over 30 years and earned multiple awards for outstanding customer service and
sales. He has a BA from Toronto’s York University and is a member of the Home
Builders and Remodelers Association and the American Institute of Architects.
Scott Van Etten
Commercial Sales Manager
With nearly 8 years of Pella experience, Scott Van Etten
oversees the team responsible for all commercial sales. Scott is an alumnus of Eastern Connecticut
State University and member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association.
Michael has 20 plus years of sales leadership experience in the building maintenance & construction industry and he is the Trade, Regional Sales Manager in the great Connecticut area. He is responsible for leading a sales team that focuses on single family home builders, architects and the Pella Certified Contract Program. Michael holds an MBA in Management and has an undergraduate degree in Marketing.
